Job Description:

Job Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and improving the organization's information systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, managing databases, and developing systems to support the business operations and decision-making processes in a real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
  • Maintain and manage the real estate firm's databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms and systems.
System Management:
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of the firm's information systems, including property management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the information systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, upgrades, and patches.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data in a user-friendly manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with various departments to understand their information needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Implement best practices for data management and system usage across the organization.
Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of information systems and data management tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees by providing training on relevant systems and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
